One pouch contains 5 portions weighing 500g per pouch.

Depending on your goals, if you're looking for a lower calorie meal. You can consume half a meal at 50g (200 kcal) per day, lasting you up to 10 days for 1 pouch. For a full meal, at 100g (400 kcal), will last up to 5 days per pouch.

Yes, 100% vegan. There is no animal component in our products, ideal for healthy adult vegans. On our production line, no milk, eggs, or other animal products are processed. 

Our products are currently awaiting Halal certification. However, they are 100% vegan, made in a GMP, HACCP and Halal certified facility.

Urban Fuod Powder and Urban Fuod Ready To Mix Meals should be kept in a cool, dry environment at a temperature between 10-25 °C. If desired, it may also be kept in the refrigerator, although this is not necessary. The shelf life of Urban Fuod can be prolonged to 12-18 months from the date of production. A pouch of Urban Fuod Powder has a shelf life of one month after it has been opened.

Every time the pouches are used, they should be sealed with a ziplock bag and kept in a cool, dry place. Using this method, the powder's shelf life will be extended to six months from the date of opening.

Overall, it is safe to consume foods after they have reached the end of their minimal shelf life, with the caveat that the quantities of some nutrients may have been reduced as a result of the process. If the storage recommendations for the food have been followed and the sensory qualities have not been damaged, it is possible that expired foods are still safe for consumption (i.e. appearance, taste and smell).

Once your purchase has been sent out of our warehouse, delivery within West Malaysia will take 3-5 business days and delivery within East Malaysia and Singapore will take 4-10 business days. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days of receiving it. (Returns must be unopened, in the condition in which they were received, and in their original packing, in which the item must not be damaged.) As soon as the item has been shipped, we will send tracking information to the e-mail address that is associated with your purchase.

• All orders are shipped from Kuala Lumpur, our couriers usually deliver orders within 3 - 5 working days. Orders taken Saturday and Sunday are all shipped Monday.
• If you have provided an email address, and mobile number, your tracking from the courier should be sent to you. With this you can keep an eye on the progress of your order.
• In most instances a signature is required upon delivery, so ensure somebody is available at the address to sign for the package.

Yes, bulk orders are accepted. Kindly email info@urbanfuod.com with your request and we will respond to you as soon as possible during work days. The minimum order quantity for bulk orders is 200 pouches or 400 bottles.

A single phone number OR email address is required for each 1 (ONE) redemption per transaction and for each 1 (ONE) order. If duplicate/fraudulent orders are discovered, only ONE (1) Giveaway/Free Product Redemption will be honoured. For all campaigns, the voucher is non-stackable.
