Urban Fuod operates under a comprehensive 30-day return policy, providing customers with a full month from the delivery date to initiate return requests. To qualify for return eligibility, products must remain in their original condition—unopened, unused, and in complete original packaging. Valid proof of purchase or order receipt is required for all return transactions.

Products that have been altered from their original condition may be deemed ineligible for exchange or refund processing. To initiate a return request, customers must contact our support team at info@urbanfuod.com and include their order number in the correspondence.

Upon return approval, we will provide prepaid return shipping labels along with detailed packaging and shipping instructions.
