Shipping policy
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. Delivery within West Malaysia takes around 3 - 5 business days. 4-10 days for East Malaysia.
This doesn’t include weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we’ve used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it. You can also contact us at info@urbanfuod.com to get the latest status update of your parcel.

All orders are shipped from Kuala Lumpur, our couriers usually deliver orders within 3 - 5 business days. Orders taken Saturday and Sunday are all shipped on a Monday.
If you have provided an email address, and mobile number, your tracking from the courier should be sent to you. With this, you can keep an eye on the progress of your order.
In most instances, a signature is required upon delivery so please ensure somebody is available at the address to sign for the package.
If the order is fulfilled and Out For Delivery (OFD), re-route costs shall be borne by customer with the following charges:
RM7 for West Malaysia (WM),
RM8 per 1 kg for East Malaysia (EM)
International Shipping:
USD20 for all international orders.
Please be informed that re-route takes 10 business days.
- West Malaysia : 7 - 10 business days
- East Malaysia : 10 - 15 business days
- International : 20 - 30 business days
Important: The recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient’s country and carrier-related fees. These additional charges will be collected from the recipient by our shipping carrier at the time of delivery. Due to many unforeseen circumstances and customs clearance processes, international shipping may sometimes be delayed. International shipping charges are non-refundable.
